*Please note that in the unlikely event that any customised orders are wrongly arranged (i.e., asking for a change in wrapper colour but the original product is delivered), please let us know within the day. The order will be deemed to be accepted after the delivery day, and no refunds/exchange will be entertained.

Standard Delivery

If your flower delivery schedule falls within our range and with purchases exceeding SGD $70.00, delivery will be free of charge to your intended recipient(s).
Free delivery only apply from Monday- Saturday. There will be a delivery surcharge of $12 for Sunday delivery.

To that ensure our products are meticulously prepared, we limit our orders per timeslot. Thus, if you are unable to select the timeslot in accordance with our stated flower delivery schedule, we seek your understanding to choose the next available timeslot. Also, if you require same-day flower delivery services, be sure to place your orders in before the stipulated time.

Express Delivery

If delivery is to be made -/+ 15mins, there will be an additional charge of S$39. Please note that this is subjected to the availability of drivers. Please call us at +65 6473 7252 or chat with us on the chatbox to enquire for driver's availability. We reserve the right to turn down requests if resources are not available.

Festive Season Delivery

There might have additional delivery charges for Public Holiday and Festive Period (E.g. Valentine's Day and Mother's Day). The delivery charge could vary and Smile Floral serve the right to adjust these surcharges based on supply and demand without prior notice. Redelivery Charges

For the redelivery of orders on the same day, a surcharge of S$15 (Incl GST) will apply. If redelivery is not made on the same working day, please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest and the highest quality gifts are sent to the recipients. This order is chargeable with a 20% discount off the original price and applies to all perishable gifts like flowers, fruits, and cakes.

Florist Delivery Charges for Sentosa & Restricted Areas in Singapore

Kindly note that there will be a delivery charge of S$15 (Incl GST) for the following restricted areas.

• Sentosa island
• Jurong Island
• All army camps
• Airport Cargo Complex
• Airline road
• All PSA ports
• All shipyards
